Hi,
I am curious about the suggested salt mix listed in the article http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-06/rhf/index.php
For calibration of 3.65 weight percent sodium chloride.
Is this ratio specific to 25c?
The article does not mention the temp but I expect that the mix must be associated with a temperature since it is aiming for a refractive index of seawater which Is temperature specific.
Therefore, if I mix it up at room temp (72f) and calibrate my ATC refractometer (68f calibration temp) will that cause an error? How big of an error?
