liveaquaria.com has one under there drfoster and smith link for $50, I have one and like it a lot I just recommend getting a 35ppm salinity test solution to calibrate.
 
Ebay has the atc new for around 20-25 shipped. Make sure to calibrate, i have one and work's just fine.
