Does anyone do this? My last bottle got rancid-smelling and I ended up tossing it. I thought refrigerating might keep it fresher.

I don’t use it anymore, but when I did I kept it in the fridge. I read somewhere that was the thing to do. I thought it was in the label, but maybe I read it on a reef site.

I can't find it on the label, but I went ahead and put it in the fridge anyway. Too expensive to throw out LOL!

I've refrigerated Selcon and kept non refrigerated Selcon at room for over 6 months temperature. Never saw any difference in fish acceptance.

I'm glad this came up as I was wondering the same it doesn't say to on the bottle but was wondering if I should i don't tho

From AmericanMarineUSA.com:

FAQs about Selcon™ Concentrate
Q: Should I refrigerate Selcon?
A:
While it does not hurt, it is not necessary and best stored in a cool place away from light.

My fish were taking it without issue, it just smelled awful ( much worse than the usual).

Thanks for the reference @Adamantium. I was keeping it on the counter in full light ( and sometimes sunlight) maybe that was the problem.
