High Im seting up a 65gal reef tank it has a esopps sump with 2 filter socks in the return part
no outher place too put a refugim should I remove the socks and use it as a refugum or keep
the socks and use a refugim on the back of tank like the C.P.R. refugims thank you

I'm assuming that the two filter socks are on the input, from the DT, section of the sump. And not where the return pump is. A picture would help. If you don't have a specific section in the sump for a refugium, then I'd go with an algae reactor with cheato or a algae turf scrubber.

Run an algae reactor, you can drop a pump in the sump to feed it and mount it inside the stand.
