Refugium and skimmer?

hello,
I have a ES hops sump and it’s currently up and running. I want to start a refugium and have a skimmer but the way it’s set up makes it difficult as you’ll see. Any ideas?

Can you post the picture again? Didn't show. Any way you can have both, will be beneficial.
