had to let somebody know who understands these things. My floor was wet and I could not pin point the leak till I noticed the huge crack. luckily I was here before it got out of hand. salinity only dropped by 1ppt

Wow! Been there - I hate it when that happens! I hope that your surrounding losses were minimal or non existent and I am glad that you were able to catch it fairly quick.
