is there any proper flow specs thru the refugium. I have a total system of about 100 gallons. 75 main and about 25 sump. in the sump is a 9 gallon refugium. I have set it up with a 90 gallon per hour flow thru it. thoughts[ floe thru the sump is 340 per hour]

Depends on what type of refugium you have. Is it a standard one with sand, rock rubble and a few types of macroalgae? Or is it a bare bottom one with a ball of chaeto? For chaeto you want high flow, standard low/medium. At least in my opinion.

probally standard, but what is considered low or high for the matter 1x per hr? 10x per hr?,

In general a refugium, flow should be between 10-20x tank size. Historically most people go with less but you'll see voracious macro algae growth the higher flows, to an extent.

This round I have pretty slow flow thru the ref. but I do have a little power head in there to keep stuff moving around and not settling.

10x tank size would be 750gph! my main sump flow is only 350per hr. tank is a 75.

That sounds like a lot . How are You feeding water to the refugium?

separate pump in the sump feeds the fudg and a carbon reactor, each with there own valves to control flow
