refugium good enough?

I have a 75 gallon with a 20 gallon long of sump and refugium.
My skimmer took all the space and had to down size my fuge will it be fine like that ?

Depends, what do you want the refugium to do?
Grow pods to feed a mandarin: no
Stabilise pH: probably
Out compete algae in DT: not totally
Reduce nutrients: not as well as it would of with more space
