Refugium hitchhikers?

I was wondering if anyone knew what these are? There are all throughout my sump. My power recently went out and water temp dropped to 65 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 days when on vacation. Once I found them they weren’t moving. No fish in tank so no worries there.

Scypha sp aka q-tip sponge.

Yup. Common in new tanks.
