Red aceol flatworms, harmless but can be unsightly. If you want to get rid of them, the best things I know of to help with them are wrasses and mandarinfish, there is a species of nudibranch that eats them but it doesn't eat anything else, so it could starve after a while.
Personally, if they aren't in the display then I wouldn't worry about them.
