Refugium lights?

Im setting up a refugium and planning on growing cheato. I was just wondering if anybody has ever tried using one of those home depot/menards LED working lights. If so did you have any luck with it. I was looking at them the other day and they are blindingly bright. Here is a link

It doesn't give the colour temp, at least that I could see, so that is a deal breaker for me. Neat light though...

I use a 30 watt, similar to this ebay page on a 12x12x12" fuge with great success:
