How often do you dismantle your tanks to remove and clean your refugium ? I change my skimmer collector weekly when i do my 10% water change and filter socks once or twice a week. I can get that done along with cleaning the glass inside and out in about an hour and a half, but it's a full day job to thoroughly clean the sump.

I have the 425xl, I clean the sump once a monthish.... Maybe every six weeks to be honest. I also have zero fish, so changing filter socks aren't done often. Skimmer cup gets dumbed when it gets up a little. The return pump comes out about every other month for it's nice bath.
