Refugium Pump

For those of you that have cheato in your refugium what kind of pump are you using to rotate it. I have finally managed to keep mine alive but can't get it to actually grow & I've seen where some people say they keep it rotating but haven't noticed how they do it.

A small power head may work. My chaetomorpha is so large that it won't tumble. It's really not needed to tumble, but should be rotated a couple times a week. Should be fine.
