Hey all,

So I would like some opinions. I currently have a 72 bowfront that I recently converted to a FOWLR tank. Previously it was a reef tank. I had a custom made ADHI refugium since the stand is also bowfront and doesn't take most standard refugiums. Lately I have had a few crypto issues that I have been using chloroquine phosphate to treat. Needless to say this also kills all the macro algae in the fuge and makes it a lot less useful. I am about to allow this tank to go fallow for 8-10 weeks to try and permanently rid myself of the issue and I am thinking about switching to the Mag WD-125. It seems to be pretty sweet in that it will work with both bioballs and and filter bags and has places for media. The rep told me that it will take a 12X12" footprint for a skimmer which means I should be able to get my ASM G3 in there but I also have a G1 that I could fall back on if I can't get it to fit. I'd appreciate some thoughts on the pros and cons of swapping out the fuge for the Magnavore.

Thanks for any insight!! And I am not sold on the Mag so if you all have some other ideas. I figure I should be able to at least break even selling the fuge and skimmer to someone that has a 72 bowfront reef.
