Absolutely. There are a variety of different ways to do it. Depended on your setup most reefers that do a remote fuge will have some sort of t off of their drain that goes to the fuge and then have a return pump it back into your fuge

put the 10 gallon tank about 6" higher than your fuge and drill it (make suer it can be drilled before you buy it)

put a bulkhead in the hole and let it drain into your sump....

tee off your drain from the main tank and run it to your fuge..... no extra pump needed

lot's of ways to do it depending on how much room etc. fed off the main pump maybe set higher than the sump. water enters from the return then drains back into the sump. Lot's of ways. I would think if one had a lot of fish & such a remote fuge is a great idea
