Just installed the skimmer. As far as I can tell, it isn’t working. The power cord that connects to their controller is so loose that if the controller is upright it falls out. I have tried controller it through Apex. When that didn’t work I disconnected it from apex and tried to just run it through the controller. No luck. I’m guessing my pump and/or controller is defective. Thoughts?

Probably an issue with the controller from the sounds of it.

It could be a return re package back on the shelf as new, prior damage. Open a ticket with Coral Vue.

This one is on me. I hadn’t connected the float switch yet, and had it set to detect one which is why it wasn’t working. It’s making bubbles now
