What can I do? The regal is nipping on my haddoni and making him stay small.... I have two percula clowns but they havent found the haddoni to be a good host yet, so no one's protecting him. I'm tempted to get another clown that is a natural host to protect him and maybe "teach" the perculas to like the haddoni? Any other options?

To be honest your only real options would be to make a choice between the two and remove the other. Angels are known nippers. Even if you had a pair of clowns in the Nem, chances are you'd have a clown constantly beating the crap out of an angel till it learned to stay away. Chances are this could cause your clowns to become overprotective of possibly even that entire side of the tank.
