Regal Angel - help identifying disease/treatment

Hi, can you please help me confirm this disease. Couple white spots on dorsal and tail (had 3-4 more which have since disappeared). Spots are in same location, have not moved - lympho?
Also, white “patches” on fins. These patches came out recently.

Any treatment?

This is something these fish are often susceptible to and known as lymphocystis which is a condition and not disease. Often its associated with water quality issue as simple as elevated ammonia or nitrate and can be that of water from LFS and not yours. Assure to provide Good water quality monitored by a reliable test kit and feed nutritious food with fats such as LRS nano frenzy and mysis shrimp.

Thanks you for quick response! He scratches too, by the way. He is a good eater, eats pellets, spirulina brine, clams, doesn’t love mysis but will eat some., squid.

The white growths on the dorsal fin, are as said, Lymphocystis. It will probably get worse before it gets better, but there is no treatment, it is a viral disease, and the fish just need to fight it off themselves.

The white lesions on its pectoral fin may also be lymphocystis, but it isn't quite clear enough to tell in the picture.

For me, the scratching symptom needs to be monitored: if the scratching increases, or is already severe, it may be flukes. Sometimes, with skin flukes, the only symptom will be scratching and slightly cloudy skin.
