I have had this regal for 5 days in my tank. He is by far the biggest fish and does not seem too timid. Definitely reclusive though.
It has not eaten at all in that time and the LFS has had it for at least a week where it was not eating either.
I really am trying to get this guy eating.
Tried frozen brine, krill, bloodworms, white shrimp, tiger shrimp, red algae, nori, clams on the halfshell, NLS thera A pellets. Tried selcon and Seachem Entice. At most he swims towards the food, observes others eating and swims away. Curious, not commited.

I noticed he has lympho most likely and there is some weird growth from a gill near the mouth. Im thinking; maybe it is injured or unable to eat for some physical reason.

Im hoping someone can steer me in the right direction, Ive always gotten responses here in the past. Awesome community

Thanks all!

Had some trouble uploading
Hope it works now!
I can't see the video - You could do a YouTube link. However, I don't see the gill issue you're mentioning in the picture (I will assume you're right about other lesions being lymphocystis.

Should work here, for 2 days at least

Keep an eye on it and assure good water quality provided
If it worsens, treat in separate tank with Maracyn- not Maracyn oxy

That could be lymphocystis on the mouth, or the mouth issue could have been from getting its teeth snagged in a net (pretty common in angels).
So - you’re probably aware that this species can be real heartbreakers - looking at food but never eating. Tank raised ones (tiny) fare a bit better, as do ones from the Red Sea. You can try live clams and mussels on the half shell. Live tubifex/black worms also sometimes work.

He is still holding on, but haa not so much as pecked at rock ‍

I managed to get better photos of the mouth situation that seems to be getting worse.

Just to make sure - the lower jaw looks a little thickened - which could be from a number of things. I'm curious - are you talking about the red Lump under the right gill? - Has that gotten bigger?

Yes exactly. I feel like the lump has gotten bigger.
And the mouth does not move at all, stays kind of open.

I hate to stress the fish - but this might be a time to take a simultaneous (a couple minutes) - in and out of water picture

The 2 things that come to mind are an isopod type thing - vs a tumor (which should not grow as fast as what I understand you're saying

The area below jaw is a mechanical injury and you should be able to treat in tank with Ruby Rally Pro or for better effectiveness Seachem Kanaplex in a separate sterile quarantine tank with added aeration and maintaining good water quality

This looks like mechanical damage that has gotten infected. You can try a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic, but since these fish are such problem feeders to begin with, I’m not optimistic that will help, or if it goes resolve the infection, the angel will likely not start feeding anyway…sorry
