I have had a regal angel in qt now for 3-4 wks now has eaten since the day I put him in the qt.
I feed a variety of food mysis, rods food, spirulina, nori, brine, and calms all soaked in selcon and angelixr. Now the other day I noticed his mouth on red like a sore he is still eating but not sure what I should do? Is just something that will pass? Do I need to treat with something? Never seen this on a fish before?

No
PVC , heater, fake plants, and few pieces of live rock out of my dt but nothing that would hurt him that I know of

Could it be from the calms maybe being frozen alittle maybe? Or picking at live rock?

Didn't treat for flukes, wanted to make sure was eating good and not stressed before I did a fresh water dip. Wife told me she put a calm in there the other day and was t sure if it was dethawed the whole way so that's why I asked that

I meant internal, you don't dip. It is added to water or put in food.

So you think it could be flukes what should I treat it with? The seachem ... It escapes me the stuff you add fusion too?

I cant really see what it is, but if I saw redness on a regal I would give a rally bath followed by a full course of NFG. Immediately.

It s like his mouth is receding. The flesh is kind of gone and you can see his teeth. Kind of like this but not as bad

Some kind of wound or infection …. or both. I'm with @GoldeneyeRet, particularly the use of nitrofuracin green powder. Too much mouth tissue lost and it will stop eating.
