Regal Angelfish

IMO keep flakes and pellets out of its diet. They have very specific dietary needs and that will not be very nutritious.

Great job so far!
IME it really depends on thepellet, some are better than others. I have seen NLS pellets used as part of the base diet in a tank that had both a regal and a moorish idol for a number of years.

Most pellets though...

And this is only my opinio, doesn't make it right it just seems intuitive to me.

Eh, they can pack a greater variety of ingredients in a pellet, so overall they cover a lot of the nutritional bases. The cons are that it lacks some of the 'freshness', but to an extent frozen lacks some of the 'freshness' as well.

Any of the pressed green or reds your LFS sells will work. Or if there is an Asian grocer near you some unsmoked Nori seaweed wrapper for sushi it is a lot cheaper than the stuff at the LFS. I had a Emperor Koran and Passer at once in my 150 plus a Yellow Blue Hippo Sailfin and Naso tang and would go thru 6 sheets I mean the big 5-7 sheets a week.
