Regal Damsel looks distressed

Slightly concerned about of my Regal Damsels. Just noticed that he was sitting at the bottom of the tank, not sure he's swimming too well (have seen him flapping near the sand bed) and is breathing rather rapidly (must faste than the other 2).

Seems to have somthing on one side that looks a bit suspicious, wondering if it's a sting from a new Bubble Tip Anemone I got yesterday.

Any advice on what to do?

Could be a nem sting by the looks of the mark. It's a bit hard to see here though.

I’m hoping this is a better picture...

If this is a nem sting, is there anything recommend I can do for the fish?
