Regal tang swimming weird

Hello I have a regal tang which was in a breeder box in my 100 gallon but now it started swimming slower and it twitches a bit no sign of any disease on it is it anything to worry about. I have moved it to my 10 gallon but it is still in my breeder box. My water parameters are fine aswell

Is it flukes by chance he only twitches abit not much I have only see him do it like 2 times but when he swims he swims and he might stop mid swim for a bit and then carry on he is only penny sized

He is not active swimming he swims up and down then stays near the bottom for a bit then carries on

What should I do or am I just overreacting

It’s impossible to tell anything without pictures/videos, as mentioned. Most visual symptoms won’t disappear at night, and even much of the behavior changes will also persist.
