a healthy boxfish should have no issues with flow, my old boxfish (who jumped out sadly) was in my mixed reef with AI neros, the easily spooked thing is also a myth, only during acclimation are they timid, mine will come over to me, he isnt scared when im doing maintenance inside the tank and i can even hand feed him, in the wild they are reef fish and IMO a reef tank is best for them.
I get that argument but a natural reef doesn’t have ppl walking around turning lights on and off, pumps malfunctioning, & ppl to spit water at. I used to keep other reef fish with them as well…, but after at least one experience when the entire tank was nuked, I don’t want to take that risk again.
I love the precula clownfish! I think I might have had those when I was a kid? But I’m not entirely sure

One day I will get a tank dedicated just to a cowfish. The possibility of them killing everyone even the slightest chances scares me. But I do love them!
not a good camera man but here are some of them. A few of them are still new being introduced to QT’ed.
Just collect them over time. Duss has been with me the longest ~ 10 years or so. He was just 6”. Golden is 2weeks into QT. He is special cuz of the blue cap and the rest is gold. I don’t usually like dogface but just can’t pass him up. Achilles just went into QT. Hope all goes well.
