Regarding reefing, what is something you could always talk about ?

For many of us, there is always one specific thing we just love to talk about with others. Maybe it is how chemistry works in reefing, the various fish diseases and illnesses or particular corals! I am wondering what is your favorite thing to talk about when it comes to reefing? Curious to see what everyone says!
