I was told you can safely use gel superglue to hold frags on your live rock

Any gel superglue that has cyanoacrylate is best. I usually use this stuff.

Just don’t let any curious fish try to eat it.. and you have to be able to hold it in place for a min or two to let it set.

The sandwich is a good approach as well. Rock - Superglue gel - epoxy putty - superglue gel - frag

Actually you're getting screwed----------

You can buy two of those Super glue tubes packaged together at the dollar store. .24 ounces for $1. Sooo .........9 x .24= 2.43 ounces for $9.

Since they come in 2 per pack you can round down to 8 or buy 10 packs.

Sometimes those packs will come in a 3 tube package which is like getting the third tube for free.

Your super glue is 9.26 for 2 oz. and you still have to deal with shipping costs.

I can squeeze every gram out of those tubes and I'm guessing a lot of glue gets left in that bottle once it gets near exhaustion.

Either way I don't think anyone is getting screwed per say as the cost for either isn't major.
