rehabbing an acrylic tank

I am building a shallow reef in an acrylic tank. It has scratches on the outside is there a procedure to "Buff Out" the scratches?

Start with #3 and work your way down. You may need the sandpaper too if the scratches are deeper but I had some deep ones on mine and they came out with just the Novus. The key was to attach a buffer pad to a drill and use that to do the buffing. Otherwise, it is a lot of work and will take time.
