Latest update,

I setup a nano tank to rehouse my mated snowflake clownfish.

The plan is to move them out of the main display so they can have a more relaxed environment going forward. Also this will make it easier to capture the fry in the future.

Now, for the interesting part....
Once I remove the parents from the main display I am going to add in a clutch of between 10-20 clownfish.

my concerns are the sailfin and fox face in the main display. I will keep my eyes open for possible trades or return to my LFS if aggression significantly increases.

Look for an update in a few weeks!

I wouldn't too concerned about sailfin or foxface. I'd be more worried about the aggression of the clownfish towards each other. I can't tell by looking at the photo, but do you have anemones in your tank? If you don't, or only one or two, I suggest adding more anemones, particularly the natural host anemones if you can find them (H. crispa, H. magnifica, and S. gigantea for percula and H. magnifica, S. gigantea, and S. mertensii for ocellaris). This will help to mitigate aggression.

100% agreed on the nems.

I initially tried to introduce a cheap NEM to the main display but failed due to poor reefkeeping. My theory is the NEM was wild caught and I didn’t facilitate the transfer to LEDs the best. :/

i would like to try again but I am a little hesitant because of concern about the NEMS walking all over my other corals.

Thanks for the info on the tang and fox.
