So what kind of floor reinforcement is needed when putting fish tank on 2nd floor? 190-200 gallon.

Totally different depending on the house or apartment. Really your best bet is to contact an engineer close to you. They can tell you exactly what should or can be done.

Always hire a structural engineer when you are not sure about the floor where you are planning to to put the tank. When we put our 210 gallon on second floor of the townhouse the structural engineer wanted to see what kind of trusses were under the floor, how far apart were they from each other, is the tank sitting on top of load bearing wall, are they running parallel or perpendicular to the potential tank etc. He made decision based on the answer of all these questions. So please always hire a structural engineer if in doubt as they are not that expensive to hire especially when you are going to invest upwards for 10K in equipment and livestock in a tank that big.

Seeing how a tank that size with all water/rock and equipment can weigh up to 2400 Lbs I agree contact a engineer. There are just so many variable's such as, type of joist (solid wood, engineered), spacing of the joist's (12", 16", 24" the size (2x10", 2x12") and Span. Now a day's an average home's 2nd floor room like a bedroom is usually engineered to carry a live load of at least 30 Per Square Foot but some older homes are not built that way.
