Reliable Hygrometer

Anyone have recommendations for a reliable hygrometer? I bought a digital one off Amazon that had decent but mixed reviews... sadly I think it’s crapped the bed. The unit itself was covered in moisture/condensation and reading 99%. I know good and well my house isn’t 99% relative humidity, especially when it’s not even in a room with a tank...

This has high reviews on amazon https://www.amazon.com/ThermoPro-TP...1?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1541474836&sr=1-1 . Its accurate for temp +/- 1 degree and its accurate for humidity with a margin of error of +/- 2-3%.

I believe that's the same one that I have... not sure what the deal is, but it literally had water droplets on the back of it. I may have to see if there's a way to calibrate it.
