It’s brown and hairy stuff right now I’m just grabbing it out I have fed less fish food. Skimmer is getting some good waste. I got carbon and gfo running. Refug is growing chateo. I think I might turn off the lights or lower. Blue is at 100% whites are like 30%

What are your parameters. Esp nitrates and phosphates.

Also what clean up crew do you have ?

I have 3 emerald crabs 2 peppermint shrimp and 5 snails. I feel like I should get more cuz they all like to stay in one spot and the algae is growing faster than they can eat
Here are my

My nitrates show 0 phosphate were a little up there on my last icp test from marinlab

Yea those are a bit low , depending on the tests, but I do think you'll want to look at the cuc.

I like the fighting conch for the sand , and love the turbos , turbans for the general stuff.

I'm not a fan of too many hermits , once the alge is gone they usually eat the snails lol. And they'd probably compete with the emeralds. So they're very effective , but come with a caution.
You could buy a bunch and then sump them or take em back to the lfs. Like a rent a crab.

Got me 3 turbo snails and changed the media reactor. Picked out more of that hairy algae. Let’s see how things go.
