Remote ATK

I was setting up a remote ATK with reservoir in basement using 2 Apex FMM modules and Pmup pump. The pump wasn’t strong enough so now I’m trying to use a Cole Palmer Masterflex pump but I haven’t the faintest idea how to set up the program. I’ve look for some posts here on R2R, found a few but still dong know how to do it. Can someone help? Thanks
