i have a camera on my tank and just checked in and see somehow the wetside came off and the dryside is presumably on but dangling from the side of the tank. i have reeflink but looking to see if there is a way to turn off the pump remotely, would putting it on constant zero percent do the trick? i dont see an "off" option anywhere. i'm worried constant bouncing/vibrations will damage the pump.

I don't think you can turn them down below a certain percentage. I have a controller so I just turn mine off with Apex Fusion.

I don't think it will hurt anything until you can get home.

This is a good reason to hang the dryside with the cord going up and use an adhesive hanger and zip tie to secure the dryside in place if the wetside comes off.
