removal of anemone

I have a smaller 2-3 inch RBTA and I need to get it off a rock. Its foot is set pretty good and I have tried hanging it for about 20 mintues, I stuck it back in the tank and I have the power head hitting it to try to tick it off. I cannot get to its foot to try ice and it isnt heavy enough to droop down when I hang it upside down. How else can I remove this anemone without destroying its foot?
