Remove rock to epoxy

Tank cycle appears to now be complete and I’m planning to do a large water change before adding fish. If I remove the rocks to epoxy them together will that ruin the cycle just completed? The only other item in the tank is sand.

short answer 'no' - as long as the rocks don't dry out.
