Removed fish from DT, need to worry about biological?

Moved my fish to a QT today so the main tank will be fishless for 72 days. Do i need to worry about my beneficial bacteria population dropping? Dont want to "shock" the system in 72 days when the fish return.

Thinking ill add a few pellets once a week. Wanted to see what others have done.

I have about 17 days left on my 76 days fallow. I've been feeding my DT every other day. Not a lot mind you, but enough for my shrimp, snails and crabs to eat on their own.

Ok yea I only have a few snails now. I have a small amount of nuisance algae so I think I'll take advantage of the lack of nutrients for now.

It may decline some, and I might bring the fish back over a week or so, rather than all the same day.

Or feed the tank in the meantime.
