So here's the thing, i have a nano reef and the frag rack doesn't stay on the glass so it's halfway on the rock. The problem is the rock is too big, the 2 snails don't have enough room to snail around. Plus i think the corals are too close together
So what i need to know is how i get the rock out AND allll of the tiny starfish that live inside. Because i want them back in the nano just with a much smaller rock

I’d get a bucket or a tub ready with water and move the rock into it so you don’t have to hurry & can take your time. Pluck off the starfish, get a new frag rack setup etc. If you need even more time toss a cheap heater into the tub and let it sit.

One issue might be the bio filter on the rock. You might be removing a chunk of your biological bacteria along with it (depending on what else is in the tank). Maybe bash it and move smaller pieces back into the tank too.

Id probably just destroy the tank (after we take the corals out) so that way your boyfriend doesn't have to take care of six tanks everyday....just five

Agree with this, great advice.
