Wanted to know if anyone has any advice on removing the single odd colored polyp from this frag. I'd like to try to grow that variety out on its own frag...

Some nice side cutters and a steady hand. Id cut the plug off with that polyp on there, glue to a plug and let grow out until you can get a clean couple polyps to cut again. Aiming for one might damage it

Side cutters? Got a pic?

Ya I would think to be safe you would have to be ok with damaging a couple of nearby polyps. If your ok with that then just get in there with a knife and dig it out of there!
