Whats the best way to remove acrylic bafflles from sump being redone for larger skimmer? Thanks

A good quality razor blade. Work it between the baffles and the tank glass to cut the silicone. Scrape clean.

Go slow. Be patient. You're working with glass!

Assuming this is a glass tank with plexi baffles.....a sharp razor blade is your best bet. If it's giving you a real hard time, try a cable saw....about 7-8 bucks at HD.

A good, sharp exacto type knife, you'll most likely have to cut the existing silicone from both sides, then a straight razor to remove any leftover silicone.
Just make sure to be careful around the tank seals so you don't cut them.

THIS an acrylic sump people !!!!

I need to remove acrylic baffles from WALL of acrylic sump .Thanks

Going to be tough. You’ll have to saw it out with a very fine saw blade of some sort. Rotozip or similar. Welding it back in will be near impossible I think
