I am new to the coral world. I noticed that in one of my frags there are a couple aptasia in the coral. How can I get rid of it without hurting the zoas?

Buy some Gel Glue from the dollar store . Glue on and around the aptasia it will not hurt the zoas or coral. Then in a week you can peel off some or all the glue... Been doing it for years and works great. You must do this out of water. The aptasia gets glued and dies in a day.

CBB is short for Copperband Butterflyfish. I use either Aiptasia x or Joe's Juice and carefully place a few drops to the aiptasia itself while the pumps are off.

I like it

When I tried aiptasia-x I actually made them multiply....probably because my hand shakes when I'm trying to use it...I'm attempting peppermint shrimp now that my population exploded from two to approximately 30-50 all in a 20g tank. >.<

I've tried the peppermint and no success. Had a COBB but nipped at other corals. Maybe try the glue. Do I put it on the aptasia?

Berghia nudibranchs eat nothing but aiptasia so they can be a good choice if you can pass them on to someone else before they starve to death.

A dip like Coral RX might be effective if the aiptasia are attached to the plugs and/or coral? Not sure about that, though.

Yes right on it and around the hole if it tucks in. The key before pulling the frag or rock look very closly with the pumps off where the little guy is. When you pull it out it will recede - just note where it is.
