I know it seems that it would make sense to just replace everything, but Im wondering if there is a way to remove the pvc from inside a bulkhead

The reason I ask is the gate valves that are on the tank I just cracked are glued into bulkheads and if i drill another tank I want to try to use this valves as there is 5 of them

I watched a video on how to remove pvc from inside pvc but wondering about bulkheads

Just weighing out my options so i can get back to setting up a tank, either do this and have the tank drilled ( that will be free as I have a friend that will do it) or buy a new set up

Well, that is a darned good question. I suppose it would be possible but you have to weigh the costs of replacing the 5 valves with the cost of replacing whatever might be damaged should one or more of the drilled out valves fail. Cost-benefit analysis and you have your answer...
