Removing GHA from GSP

So I recently had a super small GHA outbreak. Like very small... but the majority of it attached to my GSP. I bought some saltwater mollies, which did absolutely nothing. I'm afraid removing it by hand will kill the GSP.


Suggestions?

I just cleaned mine from GHA because the GHA had been making them close up. I brushed it with a soft bristle toothbrush and it worked great. All the polyps were able to stretch out after that.
