What are the best ways that you have found to remove a Millie from a frag plug or any coral from a frag plug.

I use the clippers that come in fragging kits. Cut at the base where it joins the frag plug. Most frags will then just pop off before you even cut all the way through

Although strong, super glue is very brittle. Using the clippers lets you get under the coral, and the glue will simply break but will spare the coral. There might be a tiny amount of glue still attached to the coral, but I find they often come off quite cleanly.

Just be careful, I prefer to "pop" the frags off rather than try to "cut" them off if that makes sense.

razor blade, get it in there a little and then use the plug's edge as leverage and pry the coral frag off.
