I recently had a fish with a bacterial infection, so I quarantined him and gave him an antibiotic. I was only able to do one dose before he died so there isn’t much medicine in the tank. Is there a simpler way to remove the antibiotic than just dumping all the water out and restarting it. It wouldn’t be too big of a deal to completely restart the quarantine because it is only 10 gallons.

Remove all the water. There is very little bacteria in the water column anyways .
