Removing previous owner from Apex Fusion

I recently purchased a used Apex Jr.
When I'm logged into Apex Fusion his name pops up as owner with myself as owner also. I cant figure out how to remove him from (owner, user) list. I have done the memory Init from display unit. Is there a way to remove prior user or does he need to perform this himself?

There is a pin at the top of the apex fusion forum on Neptune Systems support forums that has the steps that worked for me - not sure if you tried that?

Did you create your own Fusion account or are you using the old owners Fusion account?
