at one time I was letting my Zoas grow on the walls of my tank, but now there getting Carried away LOL. What is the best way to remove them without sending myself to the hospital ...

Okay that’s exactly how to send yourself to the hospital.
Just use a new, sharp, razor blade and scrape em right off. Simple and painless for everybody and you should end up with new frags you can sell!
