For what I’ve spent on this tank over last two weeks I could had bought a boat!

Yeah. I just threw $350 to BRS for regular maintenance stuff. I guess one thing reefing has over a boat is that we can't drown doing this right?

Wanted to stop at the LFS the other day and the wife said I didn’t need anything more for the tank. I didn’t understand that, what does she mean “need”!?

Yep. I find the hobby a lot more enjoyable if I don’t think about expenses...

A friend learned this the hard way and stupidly kept a diary detailing his costs. Had a lot of drama when his wife examined the diary - and heaps more cost!
