Hello I'm curious about the cad or any other rendering program that y'all would recommend? What I will primarily use it to sketch my future build. I'm looking for an app so I can use it on iPad or iPhone that are free not the demo version or paid version. If u know any please tell me so I can use it thanks for ur time

Not for Apple products, but the plain jane MicroStation has an incredible rendering engine, in just the native app. No add-on required. Students and educators can get it for free.

If you just want to lay things out, go with Google Sketchup. You could also search through some of the 3D offerings from Autodesk at

Autodesk 123D - Get Creative

Autodesk apps require no download and can be used in the browser. Any 3D program will come with a learning curve, but all three of these are relatively simple. Good luck!

Solidworks is a simple modelin program, has a simple analysis feature that can allow you to do simple load tests on your model after you give it a material.

Solidworks is about 10k per seat. Might be a student option.

Me too I don't wanna buy it if it not going to allow me to Mae a drawing of tank with stand with measurement. I'll be very upset lol
