My new 20 long Frag tank! I was going to get a 40 breeder, but decided that this size is better for the location and what I will be using it for! Now I just need a light, some water, sand & rock in it and a bunch of new coral!!!

I ordered 3 new coral and 3 Bangaii Cardinal fish from LA. My hope is that two of the fish will bond and if there are any problems with the 3rd fish I will Place it into my frag tank!

Crystal clear water and perfectly clean sand. Looks great!

Checked my parameters today! The reagent for my Hanna alkalinity checker is bad, so I used API. Hanna is sending new reagents. I also used the checking reagent for my Phosphate checker and it is right where it needs to be. Registered at 1.0ppm. My SG is a little low, so I need to slowly raise it.

Salinity isn't far off. I usually wind up there between water changes.

I usually overfill with salt water during the change and the evap down to the right level gets the salinity right. It happens nice and slowly that way.

Well, my coral and my fish arrived. One of the Bangaii was doa :(, I contacted LA, waiting to hear back from them. I dipped everything and put them into my new frag tank! When I checked on them this morning the leather and Duncan were open, but the Candy Cane is not, the Zoa's also don't look very happy, but are starting to slowly open back up. I just checked again and the leather is closed, I'm not to sure about the Duncan one of the polyps doesn't look real good, but it is hard to really tell under the light that I have. I'll be glad when I get my new light!

I think it looks ok. They will be better after they have had some time to settle in. My duncan tends to be temperamental.... closing at the slightest change near it. Usually opens right back up
