Replacement power supply for Orphek OR3 60

Does any happen to know a power supply replacement for an Orphek OR3 60 Light Bar?

Here’s a picture of my broken power supply, but none of the output/input boxes are checked. Hoping to find a mean well power supply/driver replacement.
